Dear All,
My article today is not about Business or Consultant; it’s about me, really about my feelings. Let’s start the article or my today’s story.
I woke up today with a feeling of lethargy, distress, psychological exhaustion, helplessness, laziness, and despair. Naturally, I did not find anyone to talk to, as I am fully aware that no one around me will understand this. Therefore, the idea came to my mind to give the artificial intelligence ChatGPT my feeling and see what its response will be. Here is his response:
ChatGPT answer:
“I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It’s tough to experience such a range of difficult emotions, especially when you feel like you don’t have anyone to talk to about it. While I’m here to listen and offer support, I also encourage you to reach out to someone you trust, whether it’s a friend, family member, or mental health professional. You don’t have to go through this alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help. It’s okay to ask for support when you need it, and taking that step can be the first towards feeling better. Remember that you’re not alone, and there is hope for brighter days ahead.”
Mostafa ELMasry answered:
“I believe that the lack of a sense of success and the factors surrounding us, such as mass extermination, wars, economic instability, and the certainty that no person has freedom of expression, can lead to this. A famous phrase that stops me is that a person with a mind is miserable.
I know the problem, but I don’t have any solution for it. I don’t need a mental health professional; I like the idea of seeking connection with others who share similar concerns can provide support and solidarity in navigating these challenging times. Together, we can work towards creating positive change and fostering a sense of hope and resilience, even in the face of adversity.”
ChatGPT answer:
“It’s understandable to feel overwhelmed and frustrated by the challenges and injustices in the world, such as mass extermination, wars, and economic instability. These external factors can indeed contribute to a sense of powerlessness and lack of control over one’s circumstances. Additionally, the feeling that freedom of expression is constrained can further exacerbate feelings of frustration and discontent.
The quote you mentioned, ‘a person with a mind is miserable,’ highlights the idea that awareness and understanding of these issues can sometimes lead to distress and discomfort. It’s natural to experience emotional responses to the suffering and injustices we witness or perceive in the world.
However, it’s essential to remember that while we may not have control over external events, we do have agency over our internal responses and actions. Finding ways to channel our frustration into constructive avenues, such as advocating for change, supporting causes we believe in, or engaging in self-care practices, can help us regain a sense of agency and purpose.
Moreover, seeking connection with others who share similar concerns can provide support and solidarity in navigating these challenging times. Together, we can work towards creating positive change and fostering a sense of hope and resilience, even in the face of adversity.”
Mostafa EL Masry’s closing statement:
“So I ask every interesting person to join me in open discussions about all the challenges we face in every moment of our lives and for the future of our children’s lives. Let’s open discussions, let’s help each other, let’s be strong, let’s be one hand together. Together, let’s confront these existential disquiets, share our experiences, and seek solutions collectively. By fostering open dialogue and mutual support, we can navigate the complexities of life with resilience and solidarity. Join the movement, and let’s embark on this journey together.”
Warm regards,
